Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: Throughout the engagement, WMB Admissions (“WMB”) may share confidential or proprietary information (“Proprietary Information”) with the Client, including but not limited to sample essays, résumés, and recommendations. The Client is required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all such Proprietary Information and shall not use or disclose it without WMB’s prior written consent, except as necessary for completing application processes. Upon termination or expiration of the engagement, or upon request, the Client must promptly return all physical and digital Proprietary Information to WMB and permanently erase any electronic files from their systems. All information provided by the Client to WMB Admissions will be treated as confidential during the relevant application season; after this period, and the Client's consent, work product may be used by WMB solely to assist in the completion of other clients’ applications.
